Sheila McDaniel, a Detroit native and U.S. Air Force veteran, is a passionate mentor, speaker, and leader dedicated to serving others through faith and love. With a career spanning IT leadership roles and a commitment to empowering women and youth, she inspires others through ministry and women’s conferences. Sheila holds multiple degrees, including a master’s in Computer Information Systems, and is now pursuing her creative call as an author, sharing her spiritual journey in Tears of Faith. A proud mother and grandmother. Sheila enjoys traveling, reading, and embracing life’s adventures with purpose and resilience.
